Melissa Elizabeth Eberly
M.A., J.D.

Melissa Elizabeth Eberly graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in June 2017 and became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in June 2018.  Prior to studying law in Ottawa, Ontario Melissa earned a Master of Arts degree from the Institute on Globalization and the Human Conditions at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. 

 

Melissa’s interest in immigration law was first sparked in 2007 through an internship with the International Catholic Migration Commission in Geneva Switzerland, and Melissa continued working in immigration as a law student with Community Legal Services of Ottawa. She is currently the Secretary to the Board of the Catholic Centre for Immigrants Foundation. Melissa has now practiced immigration law for over five years with a small immigration law firm, developing extensive immigration experience.  Melissa’s areas of expertise include:

Melissa is delighted to join Paolucci Law as an immigration and family law lawyer.  In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her partner and her furry felines Doodle and Neil.  Melissa is also an avid commuter cyclist, home cook and baker.
